Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery. This is an estimate only — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and customs processing.
For UK customers: By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may take up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (including processing time), and you consent to this timeframe as the agreed delivery window under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If we are unable to deliver within 30 calendar days, you will be notified and may be entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Customers in the United Kingdom and Australia may be subject to duties, customs charges, or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Koas has no control over these charges and will not reimburse them.
Risk of Loss
United States and Australia: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once your tracking number is provided and the carrier has collected your order, the shipment is your responsibility.
United Kingdom: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession. If your order is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, contact us at koas.officials@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
This section does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email us at koas.officials@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and do our best to assist. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please first check around your property, any secure delivery location, and with neighbors before contacting us.
For US and Australian customers: Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, risk has transferred to you. Koas is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local postal service, carrier, or law enforcement.
For UK customers: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us at koas.officials@gmail.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Koas is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at koas.officials@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed but will make every effort to assist.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Koas is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs holds, natural disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, or government actions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any known significant delays.
